Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on location. Estimated delivery times are:

Australia: 7–15 business days
United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, carrier delays, or high demand.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Address
